Breakfast - The most important meal of the day may include muffins and Danish, eggs and omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes or French Toast.  Fresh fruits, a selection of juices and freshly brewed coffee will start your day off right.

Lunch - The Dover Forge will prepare a wonderful buffet picnic daily that you will enjoy while on tour.  Your group can opt for lunch on their own which will keep your trip cost down a bit.  Your group may enjoy a day in Stowe and lunch at the Trapp Family Lodge.  We are very flexible and can fulfill many requests.

Dinner - Dinner each night will be served in the Dover Forge.  Chef Saute' Ray Bronson and his very capable staff will ensure a memorable dining experience and a few extra pounds before you leave!  Along with our chefs daily specials, dinner entrees will include steaks, fresh seafood, chicken, veal and vegetarian selections.  On longer touring days your group may enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant en-route back to the Andirons Lodge.
